November ICC Dinner
Join us as we dine at Dogwood Hall at ICC’s North Campus in Peoria! Chef Amanda and her students will be showcasing their culinary talents!
The menu will be:
Salad
Deconstructed Roasted Pear and Candy Pecan Salad with Dried Cranberry, Feta Cheese & Apple Cider Vinaigrette (the nuts will be on the side to accommodate for any nut allergies)
Entree
Herb Stuffed Chicken with Boursin, Spinach and napped in Dijon Mustard Cream
Veg Option Entree
Roasted Acorn Squash w Creamy Mushroom Risotto
