Join the Peoria Women's Club for our September Luncheon, held in honor of the GFWC Day of Service, as we welcome Dean Meenakshy Aiyer of the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria (UICOMP) for a special presentation on the future of healthcare in Central Illinois.

Volunteers are needed to:

• Decorate 20 toiletries bags

• Fill each bag with deodorant, toothpaste, a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a comb or brush, and lotion

The finished toiletries bags will be donated to the Center for Prevention of Abuse to give to survivors as part of their care.

Join us in uncovering the rich history of the Peoria Women’s Club (PWC), dating back to 1885. As an Archive Detective, you'll assist VP of Programming Lynette Steger with research for grants, stories, and PWC programming, diving into historical documents that shaped our club, city, state, and nation.

The Peoria Women's Club and Bradley University's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) have partnered to create the Peoria Chautauqua Literary & Scientific Circle (Peoria CLSC).

Restoring Identities: A Luncheon with Moxxy Forensic Investigations

• Peoria Women's Club members and guests are invited to join Kaycee Connelly and Kara Roll of Moxxy Forensic Investigations for Restoring Identities, a luncheon on using DNA and genealogy to identify unidentified remains and bring answers to the families of the missing.
  
  

The Community Baby Shower is an annual event hosted by the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria (UICOMP) that celebrates community support for both new and experienced parents of children ages 1 to 5. This free, all-in-one event connects families with essential community resources while offering education, food, gifts, and giveaways. By donating vital baby items, volunteers help families access resources that promote children's health and well-being during their crucial early years.

Volunteers are needed to cook a meal at the House for families currently staying there to enjoy.

Many hands make light work, and it's a fun way to spend an afternoon with your club sisters while getting the space ready for our Holiday Tea and other seasonal gatherings.

Join us for the Peoria Women's Club Annual Meeting and Elections, where members will gather to review the year's accomplishments, vote on the incoming slate of officers, and set our sights on the year ahead. Members unable to attend in person are welcome to join remotely via Zoom.

Join the Peoria Women's Club for our annual formal Holiday Tea as we celebrate the season together — and this year, we're making it a friendraiser. Current members are invited to bring a friend who isn't yet part of our club to enjoy an afternoon of tea, conversation, and holiday cheer.
