Peoria Chautauqua Literary and Scientific Circle- My Side of the River

The Peoria Women's Club and Bradley University's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) have partnered to create the Peoria Chautauqua Literary & Scientific Circle (Peoria CLSC). Recognized as the nation’s oldest continuous book club, the CLSC is a course that requires registration and a fee paid to Bradley University, part of which supports the national Chautauqua Institution and CLSC graduation fees.

The Peoria CLSC does offer additional events throughout the year for PWC members (as well as OLLI members and guests) that do not require the same fees or prior reading.
