This Peoria Chautauqua Literary & Scientific Event is inspired by our November reading, The Sounds of Poetry by Robert Pinsky, we invite participants (whether they have read the book or not) to explore the emotional resonance of poetry through mixed media art. Pinsky celebrates poems not for the poet’s ambition, but for the effect they create in the reader. Together, we’ll transform that feeling into vibrant visual expression.
Robin brings a rich and vibrant creative and coaching background: she’s a certified Visual Coach (Co‑Active Training Institute), experienced in both life and business coaching for creatives. She authored 12 Tiny Well‑Being Tips for Caregivers, a helpful workbook aimed at supporting caregivers, and was the creative force behind The Zinger Zanger Shop of Curiosities & Contemplation in Central Illinois.
