Join us at Dogwood Hall at ICC’s North Campus in Peoria as Chef Amanda and her students share their culinary talents with us!

***NOTE*** This will change from a luncheon to a dinner program from 5:30-7:30pm due to chef availability.

Menu for the evening:

Salad

Deconstructed Roasted Pear and Candy Pecan Salad with Dried Cranberry, Feta Cheese & Apple Cider Vinaigrette (the nuts will be on the side to accommodate for any nut allergies)

Entree

Herb Stuffed Chicken with Boursin, Spinach and napped in Dijon Mustard Cream
