Pathways to Success Conference: PWC Vendor Booth

Peoria Women's Club will host a vendor booth at Pathways to Success, and we need members to help staff it.

The Central Illinois Chapter of NAWBO and Women in Leadership of Central Illinois partner each year to bring this leadership conference to Peoria and its surrounding communities, with the shared goal of educating and empowering women in business and in leadership positions. This year's theme is Let's Get Real: Not Perfect, but Authentically You!

The 2026 conference features keynote speaker Brittany Richmond, a mental health expert and bestselling author, alongside breakout sessions on personal branding with Cindy Byrd, collaborative art with muralist Megan Couri, and authentic mentorship with Dr. Ashley Hammond of Bradley University. An early bird leadership panel moderated by Kellie Branch-Dircks rounds out the day.

What Volunteers Will Do

Greet attendees at the PWC table, answer questions about the club and membership, and sell bags of our Cosecheras Coffee.

The coffee is a natural fit for this audience. Grown on Finca Santa Rosa in Cauca, Colombia, and roasted by Café Santa Rosa in Peoria Heights, it supports the women who harvest it and their families. Proceeds also come home to Peoria, funding the restoration of our 1893 kitchen into a commissary kitchen for women entrepreneurs - a working space where local women can build their own culinary businesses.
