Join the Peoria Women’s Club and the Illinois Women Artists Project for the opening of the 2026 Électricité: Illuminating Perspectives juried exhibition, celebrating contemporary women artists from the tri-county area.

To be a part of the exhibition, head to our event page to review the Prospectus and Submission Guidelines. Submissions are due February 19, 2026 by 11:59pm.

This opening reception marks the public debut of the exhibition and the announcement of first-, second-, and third-place award recipients. Artists are encouraged to attend and engage with visitors about their work as we come together to honor women’s creativity, achievement, and artistic legacy. Light refreshments will be served.
